Customer Service

Shipping:
Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order and destination.  All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 day delivery) or UPS (UPS Ground 2 to 7 day delivery). In addition, First Class Mail International is available to International locations.  Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, Army Post Offices, and Fleet Post Offices. Orders shipped to APO addresses and US Territories cannot be expedited.  Orders usually ship within 1 week after placement and will ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday and will ship within 1 week from Monday.  Please allow an additional 10 - 14 days processing for embroidered items. If there should be any delay of shipment or if products are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone with an estimated shipping date. You will receive e-mail notification once your order is shipped.

Holiday Shipping 2014:  
USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 day delivery) orders must be placed by December 19th for Christmas delivery.  UPS Ground orders (2 to 7 day delivery) must be placed by December 15th for Christmas delivery.  Embroidery orders must be placed by December 1st for Christmas delivery.  Satin Serenity is not responsible for delays in delivery due to the high volume of holiday shipping or inclement weather or any other delay that is out of our control after our product leaves our warehouse.  

For wholesale spa orders: please allow 4-6 weeks for order processing, and an additional week for any embroidered items. Wholesale orders will ship UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.  Please call Satin Serenity at 1.208.867.7725 for all wholesale inquiries or fill out our Contact Us form. 

Payment and Order Processing:
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club, and American Express. For security reasons, your billing address must match that of the credit card used for payment. All purchases made at www.satinserenity.com are passed through a secure server, so your credit card information is protected.  After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.  Your Sales Receipt will ship with your order.  

Sales Tax:
Satin Serenity is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Idaho. If your order is shipped outside the state of Idaho, you will not be charged sales tax.

Embroidery:
There are no returns on embroidered items. Your items will be embroidered exactly as it appears in the enter embroidery box, so please make sure of accuracy. Add 10 - 14 days additional processing time for embroidered items.

Exchanges/Returns:
Satin Serenity is confident that you will be satisfied with your order. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, you may return the unused product for a full refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receiving the product, must be in "as new" condition, and must include original packaging and sales receipt. Please include a daytime phone number, current address, and reason for the return or exchange. Satin Serenity will not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been used, altered, or laundered. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to a Satin Serenity error or defective product. Satin Serenity will refund shipping costs incurred to return or exchange defective products, provided they are sent via UPS ground, or USPS Regular or Priority Mail. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on embroidered or custom items, unless the product is defective. If embroidered or custom products are defective, Satin Serenity must receive the return or exchange within 30 days. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all return or exchange orders over $300 of non-defective products.

Mailing List:
If you choose to join our mailing list, Satin Serenity will periodically send you information about new products, special offers, or other important information. You may choose to be removed from the mailing list at any time.

Terms and Conditions:
NOW, THEREFORE, Satin Serenity agrees to sell, and buyer agrees to purchase, receive, and pay for the products described hereinabove, in accordance with the terms of the invoice/receipt.
1. Products purchased: See description on order invoice.
2. Purchase price: See purchase price, shipping charges, taxes, and other costs and charges on order invoice.
3. Estimated Shipping Date: Date of shipping is merely an estimate and not a guarantee of a specific shipping date. Satin Serenity shall not be liable for failure to ship by the estimated date.
4. Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed, with the exception of existing customers who have been pre-approved for net 30 terms.
5. Shipping, handling, and insurance: Delivery terms are F.O.B. Satin Serenity’s business plant in Boise, Idaho. Shipping, insurance, and all applicable sales or use taxes are to be paid by the buyer. Satin Serenity is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
6. Cancellation of orders: Cancellation of order must be made within 7 days of placing order to receive full refund. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to buyer on any orders cancelled after 7 days and prior to shipment.
7. Collection costs: Satin Serenity is entitled to court costs and attorney fees incurred to collect an unpaid debt.
8. Disclaimer of colors: The parties acknowledge that colors may vary slightly due to different dye lots. The parties further acknowledge that the fabric manufacturer may discontinue a color without notice and in such an event the buyer shall choose another color for the remaining order or the replacement of rejected product.
9. Return of defective or rejected products: Satin Serenity is confident that you will be satisfied with your order. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, you may return the unused product for a full refund or exchange. 10. Limited Warranty: Satin Serenity specifically disclaims all implied warranties. Satin Serenity expressly warrants the seams, snaps, and the elastic in its products for a period of 6 months, regular wear and tear accepted. All warranties are disclaimed and revoked if the products are used for anything other than their intended use, or cleaned or laundered in a manner other than what is recommended by Satin Serenity.
11. Collection costs: Service charge of 1½% per month on past due accounts. Annual percentage rate of 18%.
12. Delay: Satin Serenity is not responsible for delays caused, or contributed to, by (a) accidents, (b) strikes, (c) riots, (d) shortage of material or labor at the producing mill, (e) carrier shortages, f) interference with, obstruction or blocking of transportation routes, (g) damage to the carrier, (h) damage to goods by carrier, or (i) other causes beyond Satin Serenity's control. No claims for loss or damage will be allowed Buyer. Satin Serenity shall execute order as soon as the cause of delay is removed and conditions permit. If delays are excusable, then Satin Serenity's increased direct cost of performance shall be added to the contract price. If Buyer shall not immediately consent to the increased price, then Satin Serenity has the right to cancel the unshipped portion of the order.
13. Authority of Sales Personnel: No sales person or agent of Satin Serenity, other than Satin Serenity's credit manager, has any authorization to modify the terms of sale set forth in this agreement.
14. Law: The terms of sale shall be construed according to Idaho law. The Buyer and Satin Serenity agree that the courts in Ada County, Idaho shall have jurisdiction and proper venue over disputes of this agreement.
15. Remedies: The Buyer's exclusive remedy for breach of warranty is to return goods for refund of purchase price, or repair and replacement of the nonconforming goods. Satin Serenity has the exclusive right to select the remedy. Satin Serenity and Buyer expressly agree that Satin Serenity shall have no liability for consequential damages, incidental damages, strict liability damages, and/or liquidated damages.
