Returns & Exchanges

Satin Serenity is confident that you will be satisfied with your order. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, you may return the unused product for a full refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receiving the product, must be in "as new" condition, and must include original packaging and sales receipt. Please include a daytime phone number, current address, and reason for the return or exchange. Satin Serenity will not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been used, altered, or laundered. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to a Satin Serenity error or defective product. Satin Serenity will refund shipping costs incurred to return or exchange defective products, provided they are sent via UPS ground, or USPS Regular or Priority Mail. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on embroidered or custom items, unless the product is defective. If embroidered or custom products are defective, Starlet Satin must receive the return or exchange within 30 days. A 15% restocking fee may be charged on a return or exchange of orders over $300 of non-defective products.
